What happens on the call?
The call is simply a discussion between us to help me understand your business and accounting requirements better whilst allowing me to explain how my services could help you. After this call you can then make a more informed decision about my services – but you are under no obligation, it’s just an exploratory call.
When will I have access to the Activity Dashboard
Activity Dashboard is designed to be unique to you and your organization. It may take several days depending on the answers discussed during the call, mainly about how many activities you manage and the different business services you’re using.
Which services does Activity Dashboard work with?
Activity Dashboard integrates automatically with most Ecommerce platforms and payment gateways. You can find the current list here. If you’re using a service that doesn’t appear in the list, feel free to contact me and ask about it. If there is no option to create a direct connection, I’d handle that manually.
How do I have access to the Activity Dashboard?
You can access Activity Dashboard anytime online with a login linked to your Google account for extra security.
How does Full-charge Bookkeeping work?
Your business bank accounts are connected to either Xero or QuickBooks so I’ll have a read access to your bank statements and transactions. If your bank isn’t listed yet you’ll have to send me those statements (CSV format) by email on a monthly basis. Then, I’ll categorize your incoming and outgoing transactions and generate a report that shows a summary of your metrics.
What type of accounting is Full-charge Bookkeeping?
As you might know there are two types of accounting methods. They dictate how the company’s transactions are recorded in the books: cash-basis accounting and accrual accounting. Full-charge Bookkeeping offers both of them depending on your business needs.
What about VAT and Tax return?
Currently VAT declaration and Tax return are only handle for French companies.
What happen if I have more than 1 business or entity?
This is the main focus of Activity Dashboard, it let your gather all your financial data from different activities and entities at no extra cost. On the other hand, Smart Bookkeeping plan refers to one single entity only.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you no longer wish to use my services, you may cancel at any time. Plans are simply monthly based that can be terminated without notice. In addition, you will keep full access to your Activity Dashboard and export of your books will be available.
